Comment on Send a Letter to NFL About Michael Vick by Sandra Conti

First of all, I am not the Sandra Conti who posted a statement on July 27th, 2007. Anyway, this Sandra Conti would like Michael Vick to leave the planet!! The cruelty this sub-human bestowed on those innocent animals is unthinkable, and he should suffer like he made these dogs suffer. There was no excuse for this bastard to cause such pain and misery on dogs or on any animal for any sake, and he should rot in jail for a long time to come. While I hope Michael Vick finds a 'husband' in jail to teach him a thing or two about sodomy, no one but no one should feel any mercy on Vick in the same way he had no mercy on these dogs. May he die in jail, or at least be given the same treatment to suffer to know what he did, to live in agony for the rest of his life, then die a slow cruel death, just like he did to these dogs that never did anything to this devil man. No, I am certainly not going over board with this, and anyone who says to forgive him is kidding themselves. God is the only one who can forgive, but first let's put Vick in a straight jacket, remove one of his eyes, electrecute him up his ass as he did the dogs, and when he croaks from the pain, then God will forgive him. When I read all this bull about not judging him for what he did, then let what he did come upon these self righteous morons, and see what it would feel like to put an animal in agony and then say to not juge him for it. People, get real, and let there be justice of all animals, and let's hope that the passing away of cruel men will take place, sooner then later!

I attended the Town Meeting in Manchester-by-the-Sea yesterday evening and am pleased to report that the Town voted to remain dog-friendly and continue to allow families to enjoy Singing Beach together with our dogs from October 1 to April 30!

I agree with Anne about the importance of being a responsible dog owner, and so do the rules at Singing Beach:

Dog owners must always clean up after their dog - No excuses!
Dog owners must maintain effective verbal control of their dogs and always be able to see their dogs when they are off-leash.

In addition to having well-behaved dogs and cleaning up after our dogs, dog owners can serve ourselves by becoming involved in the civic life of our communities: Be a responsible dog owner and be an advocate for the rights of responsible dog owners!

As a trainer, I am saddened by any further advancement of dog un-friendly legislation. However, those who continue to want to bring their unleashed dogs to public places need to understand that not everyone wants their "oh, he's friendly" dog running up to them, their children, or their dogs - whether they are leashed or unleashed. And, no one, my dog-loving self included, wants to step in what others may have decided to leave un-bagged and un-removed from the beach. People are their own worst enemies, my mom used to say. And, sadly, the responsible dog owners, who DO pick up after their dogs, and whose dogs really DO come when called (every time, not just when it suits them) are the ultimate losers in this. I don't want them to close Singing Beach either. My dogs love it there. But, I can understand how these things come about. Maybe this situation will give people something to think about when they think that they are too busy to make time to go to dog training class.

The dogs that are never rented, like the Yorkshire Terrier, Komondor and Chinese Crested , will be hooked up to treadmills that produce electricity for the the city of Boston. Think of it as a "windmill alternative."
One of Flexpet's biggest customers happens to be Eliot Spitzer, who ironically fought to keep Flexpet out of NY will working as the attorney general.
