Dogs facing tough town-enforced penalties, sometimes have the hit the underground “dog railroad” in order to survive. It makes perfect sense considering all of the other industries that have faced difficult legislation have always found a workaround in order to provide a service/product that some people find important, necessary, or valuable (illegals taking difficult labor jobs, prohibition, drugs, etc). But unlike these front page stories, changing dog laws seem to take a backseat in many communities. Maybe it’s time the lawmakers wake up and smell the dog breath. Deval - hook us dog owners up.

How do I join the underround doggie railroad? I already do transports. Please point me to the right group, so I can be apart of it.
Thank you
